If your sandals or shoes are covered under warranty, please start your warranty claim here or send us an email at [email protected] along with all of the details below.
- Order number if ordered from our website
- Photo of the style information printed on the bottom of the strap or inside the shoe. Please provide this even if it is illegible. Example:
- VC 01/20
- 10443-PVPV
- LAE‘AHI
- US M10.5 EUR 43.5
- Style name, color, and size
- Photo of the defect
- Approximate date of purchase (month and year)
- Shipping address (United States only)
- Phone number
We can only process your warranty claim once all items are received.
