Our points are called Makau. The makau is a type of traditional fishhook, one you might recognize from our logo. Its cultural significance runs deep in Hawai‘i, representing safe passage, good fortune, and strength to those who wear it. Some makau were prized so highly that they were thought to possess mana (celestial powers).
