I'm having a problem with my Amazon Pay account or with trying to complete a purchase using my account. What do I do?

  • Verify that you are entering the email address and password that are associated with your Amazon.com account correctly when you are trying to complete a purchase.
  • If you can enter your account email address and password, but you cannot complete your purchase, check that your payment method is set up correctly. Do so by going to the Amazon Pay website, click Sign In, click Sign in with your Amazon account, and then sign in using your Amazon credentials. From there you can edit your payment method set up

If your payment method is set up correctly, check that you have updated your browser's settings to allow third-party cookies. If the option is turned on and you still cannot complete your purchase, Contact Us by emailing info@olukai.com.
