We offer two options for returning your items to us:
- You can choose to drop your exchange off at a Happy Returns Return Bar location for the quickest option. 10 or more items will no longer be accepted at Return Bars.
- Alternatively, we will provide you with a shipping label to print, and you can pack and ship your return or exchange back to us.
You will need your order number to begin processing your return or exchange. You can find your order number on:
- Your account page
- Your shipping label listed after "PO" under your address
- Your order or shipping confirmation email
