How to make a purchase with Flex?

While Flex offers a telehealth consultation within the checkout process for a frictionless experience, you may request a Letter of Medical Necessity from your health care provider instead and submit your purchase for reimbursement with your FSA/ HSA
Why is my HSA/ FSA Card being declined?
HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Please reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.
My HSA/ FSA claim was denied. What should I do?
We strongly recommend checking with your HSA/FSA provider to confirm if the items you are purchasing are eligible prior to completing your purchase. However, if you believe your claim has been wrongly denied, please send over any response from your H

When will I receive my itemized receipt?
Flex will email you an itemized receipt within two hours of your purchase.

Your return will follow the same process and policies as all items at OluKai. However, if you used FSA funds before the end of the year and request a return in the following year, refunds may not be available unless your FSA plan offers an extension
